These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on holodrop.co.uk including standard competitions and instant win competitions.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and any listing on the website, these terms shall take precedence.

To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters must comply with these terms and conditions.

A paid entry route and a free entry route are available to all competitions as explained in section 3.

For standard competitions, all eligible entrants will be placed into a draw and a winner chosen at random. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

All entrant names and entry numbers may be published on the website and may be visible during the live draw. If you do not wish your name to be included contact us at hello@holodrop.co.uk at least 48 hours before the draw.

For instant win competitions, prizes are allocated at random to numbers. Each entry is randomly allocated a number and if it matches a prize number the entrant wins that prize.

Winners will be notified by email to the address provided with their entry.

The prize for each competition is described on the competition page. Details are correct to the best of our knowledge at the opening date.

Prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

There is no cash alternative for any prize unless stated on the competition page, however we may provide one at our sole discretion.

Prizes are not refundable, negotiable or transferable.

The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We will contact the winner within 7 days of the draw date using the contact details provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within 14 days of the draw date, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

We will publish the name and winning number of winners on the website. If you object to this please contact us at hello@holodrop.co.uk before the closing date.

We reserve the right to forfeit a prize where we reasonably suspect a winner is not eligible or has not complied with these terms.

Winners must claim the prize personally. The prize may not be claimed by a third party.

If your contact details change you must notify us as soon as possible at hello@holodrop.co.uk

If the winner fails to claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, the winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.

There is no minimum number of entries. The draw will take place and the prize will be awarded regardless of the number of entries received.

These competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other social media platform.

These terms are governed by English law. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
